Review of the Monzo, Current account:

7 years of trust with Monzo now in question

I’ve had my account since 2019 and till this year I couldn’t fault it. In those 7 years I’ve had all sorts of money fly from account to account no problem. Then one day Monzo decided to not trust a payment I was making which accumulated to around £2,500 to a contact on my account, me and the other person have almost 300 transactions together, safe to say I trust this person, then out of no where Monzo lock my account and I’ve heard he horror stories…. So I was shaking with anxiety. Luckily it was all cleared up, I understand it was a large some of money but freeze the transaction or something not lock my entire account.
