Fantastic bank

Since starting banking with monzo my finances have improved greatly, the use of pots to manage my outgoings has been a godsend. I love how they show you pending transactions so if I have forgotten something you can see that it is due within a few days and plan for it. I love the credit insights available on the monzo app, it has helped me track accounts that have been damaging my credit rating so I have known what needs to be worked on to improve my score (which has risen significantly since opening this account). The extra services available such as Contents insurance, cashback and monzo max are really great value for money and all in one easy to manage place. I have seen bad stories about monzo online and in reviews but to date they do not reflect my experience and I hope they never do as the monzo account meets my needs and supports me to make good financial decisions and manage my outgoings.
