Monzo The Great

Monzo is a great, user friendly bank that is all controlled in the app. Customer Service is quick and second to none in live chat - no need to wait in queues. The Max subscription that I have is amazing with benefits like phone & travel insurance, Greggs treats, cinema tickets & Railcards. I have been with Monzo for around 7 years now and I cannot possibly think about changing. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
