Best bank I have used so far!

I’ve been using Monzo for over a year now and never had any problems, loved the idea that I can get paid a day early and refunds always come earlier than that of with any other banks. The savings account interest is also quite an advantage. Since I have had such a good experience with Monzo, I decided to switch to Monzo as my main bank account a few months ago and I am still extremely impressed. The only thing that I can say that’s a con is that if you deposit cash at a post office etc.. they charge a £1 fee. I have also travelled abroad a few times and Monzo doesn’t charge a fee for card spending abroad, it just finds the exchange rate and charges you appropriately. 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
