Review of the Tembo Money, Mortgage Broker:

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Right at the beginning from our first call with Stephanie, we have been treated so well and helped along every step of the way. Peter our mortgage broker managed to see things within our documents that we didn’t and this meant that we got an even better mortgage rate. We would not have been able to do this on our own. He’s been with us every step of the way, whenever we have had questions he’s been able to answer them. Elly has also been a star, pushing through our mortgage application and keeping us informed of all of the updates until it was accepted. We have also had Lauren helping us to get the right protection insurance at an amazing price in which is completely necessary when taking out a mortgage. All these jobs separately you might think are easy to do on your own but when you are having to do all of this together, it’s one huge job. Having Tembo’s help has made our first buying experience better than we could ever of imagined. It could have had the potential to be the most stressful time in our lives but thanks to Tembo we have sailed through the process so far. We look forward to the help they continue to give as we move closer to our completion on our first home. Special thanks to Stephanie, Peter, Elly and Lauren for all they have done.
