By far the most user-friendly online bank

A wide range of products available through a very user-friendly app, all accessible at no cost — you couldn’t ask for better. The online customer service used to be very responsive, with the ability to speak directly to a human. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case, and any enquiry now seems to take at least 24–48 hours to be addressed. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
