Great app and smooth transactions, more comms needed.

I find the app and general interaction to be very smooth and easy, which hasn’t always been the case with other financial product providers I’ve used. I feel there’s room for improvement on communication, I’ve had very little and have been kind of left to get on with it whereas my wife, who has the same products seems to get more comms. The inconsistency is puzzling, but not a huge issue at the moment. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
