Tembo were super informative, helpful and supportive during our communications! They kept everything straightforward and really took the time to answer anybquestions we had and make sure we understood each step. They absolutely have their customers best interests at heart. We are so grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth mortgage experience, especially if you’re nervous! I remember specific communications with Helena and Emma,and they were great! I’m sure all of the other staff are also fantastic, anyone we’ve had communications with has been lovley!
