Easy to use and great customer services

I have a bank account with Barclays, and I really like it! I've had for 5/6 years now, and so far have not thought about changing. I am happy with how easy it is to manage my account online, how safe my money feels and most of the time I can find out any information online, but if not it's easy to get through to a customer service representative.
