The best mortgage broker I've ever used

During the market volatility, my 5-year fixed rate on a property was due to expire. I was so panic as I saw rates soaring daily. I felt helpless against the market forces. My broker were truly proactive, not just reactive. Six months before my renewal date, they contacted me with a full strategy review. They modelled the costs and benefits of each, clearly showing that paying a modest ERC to secure a lower rate immediately would save me money over 5 years.
