They do not pay out

I took out travel insurance with the Zurich in complete good faith, I specifically checked that they would cover circumstances where I had to cancel my holiday. They assured me I was covered. I booked a holiday shortly before going on holiday I was diagnosed with a serious illness and had to cancel my holiday. I made a claim Zurich refused to pay out, even though I was clearly covered. They don’t pay out

bought Travel insurance in complete good faith from Zurich Insurance in particular I checked that it covered circumstances when I had to cancel my holiday. Zurich assured me the policy covered this eventuality. I booked a holiday, shortly before going on holiday I was diagnosed with a serious illness and had to cancel my holiday. Co-Op Insurance never pay out

I bought Travel insurance with Co Op I specifically checked I would be covered if I had to cancel my holiday, they confirmed I would be covered categorically. I booked a holiday which I had to cancel due to ill health, Co- Op refused to pay out even though it was clearly covered, stay away they never pay out. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Zurich Insurance do not pay out on Insurance policies

I took out Travel Insurance with Zurich Insurance and a few months later booked a holiday, unfortunately shortly before going on holiday I was diagnosed with a serious illness and was forced to cancel my holiday. Zurich Insurance refused to pay out even though I was clearly covered. They had initially agreed to but on calculating the cost changed their minds. Stay away from this company...

Stay away from this company, I bought travel Insurance from this company in good faith, I had to cancel my holiday due to serious illness. Needless to say Zurich refused to pay out even though it was clearly covered. Stay away from this company they never pay out. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
