Supportive and understanding during a difficult time

I took out a loan with Lendable to buy a car and my experience has been very positive. The interest rate was also very competitive and good value for the amount I borrowed and the repayment term I chose. When my father sadly passed away and I had to take time off work, I wasn’t receiving my full pay and was worried about keeping up with the repayments. I contacted Lendable and the person I spoke to was incredibly kind, understanding and easy to talk to. They listened to my situation and helped arrange a temporary reduction in my monthly payments for a few months while I got back on my feet. They also offered additional support and even provided a bereavement helpline, which I thought was very thoughtful. It made a really difficult time a lot less stressful financially. I’m very grateful for the understanding and support they showed and would definitely recommend Lendable based on my experience. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
