Scammers, charge you for no fault claims

I am insured on my Dad's car policy, I have made NO CLAIMS whatsoever for many years now but someone ran into the back of me and I claimed on THEIR insurance. RAC have decided to charge an extra fee for this, I have sent proof of my 19 years NCB but they have totally ignored me and blamed me! Will never use again Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
