I recently took out a plata loan and have regretted it.

I recently took out a plata loan and have regretted it. I recently lost my father and explained this to plata they were not very empathetic. When payment was 1 day late I was called very early in the morning the day after the payment was due where I was told I needed to make immediate payment. They call profusely and leave many messages which is very stressful especially considering it is only the day after a due payment. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

bereavement and ill health...

I have suffered from bereavement and the ill health of myself and my children and every time I have spoken to someone at lendable they have been empathetic and kind around my situation and helpful in coming up with a plan to improve my financial health. I also am neurodivergent and find staff very clear and considerate In their approach when talking with me. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
