The App is easy to use, I love that it's free for current customers. Love the chores feature. Great features available. Recently the cards are due to expire, I received an email where it wasn't clear how I applied for a new one, this should be automatic surely? I'd also like to be able to top up the parent account from the rooster app rather than the NatWest one, or there be some kind of link and I approve it in NatWest. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
