Quick, no nonsense loan with excellent support

Quick, no nonsense loan with information clearly set out. The message service on the application sorted out my problem speedily, even though the office hours were closed, and offered to put me in touch with someone who could help over the phone if I could not solve the problem. I did solve it immediately with their help. A very efficient, reliable service that promotes reassurance and support from the get go. A useful online service that explains your loan in detail showing all aspects is available with up to date information at your fingertips. Refreshingly available with real contact numbers that actually work. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
