I am experiencing technical difficulties, so I was unable to get communications, MCU could have phoned me but they didn't, so the loan was just sitting there unclaimed for almost a week because no extra communications were pursued. I therefore waited too long. Make sure you follow up your responses with calls too! Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
