The bank that listens

I have been with Barclays since a very early age and it has mostly been a pleasant experience. My branch in New Milton are always very helpful. The staff listen carefully and try to help when necessary and if they can't they will try and find someone who can. It is always helpful to be able to talk to a member of staff face to face especially when reviewing other financial products/services. I have recommended Barclays to my family and friends and my children have accounts at Barclays. One point to consider, it would be nice if Barclays offered an incentive with student accounts, like a free railcard, as other banks do. Overall though a good experience.
