It would be excellent value at twice the price

I've been very new to running a business, and the banking and accounts side of things was tbh a bit of a concern. I found the account opening procedure fairly straight forward and the account very easy to manage through the app. Things have gone so smoothly that I've hardly ever needed to contact mettle support but when I have response has been prompt and efficient. Also it is free to bank - though to be fair deposit rates aren't outstanding.What makes mettle standout though is the integration with Freeagent, it is very easy to use and if you need help it's there either by web chat (the best I've experienced) or phone if you're really stuck. Always been able to get good customeer service

Always been able to get good customeer service both from Metlle and Freeagent. Getting Freeagent for nothing is a no brainer. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
