Helpful staff and decent APR

I have found all of the information on their website useful and helpful. I had taken a loan out with Admiral and have been notified by email of any changes to the company i.e. change of ownership. I had also spoken to the staff about moving my direct debit date and also changing the amount repayed each month. The staff made me aware of the changes and explained in detail what would happen. They ensured all changes would take place within a certain time frame and confirmed this. I also found that admiral had a very good APR rate matching other competition.
