Review of the Mettle by NatWest, Business banking:

Online banking at it's best

Just because this is an online only bank don't be fooled that you only get Ai & robots, these people are genuine humans. I can't fault Mettle at all, I have had a few issues with suspected fraud and lost card and the team have been straight on the case fighting my corner and come through with great results, I feel better looked after than any high street bank, that's if you can find one these days. Ala in all an amazing bank with a great team. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026
