Excellent team!

I am a first time solo buyer and my experience with Tembo was absolutely fantastic. Initially when researching mortgages and the process myself I became quite easily overwhelmed, having not been through the process before. The staff at Tembo were brilliant, they explained every step in detail and ensured I had full understanding of the stages and process throughout, as well as giving very prompt responses when updates were available. I heard through work colleagues that Tembo are very good with sourcing mortgages and mortgage protection for NHS staff, I was certainly not disappointed. The whole process was very quick and simple, and the team were highly accessible whenever I needed. My mortgage adviser was Kane, he is an absolute joy to speak to and made the process very straight forward and stress free. Further into the process I spoke with Callum who was very proactive with updates and when the mortgage was offered, he also answer any questions I had in a supportive and professional manner. Faye then supported with me with my Mortgage protection, she was able to get me a deal with a well reputable company. I couldn't recommend Tembo highly enough :) Reviewed on: 19th March 2026
