Easy application, some service improvements available

Applying online was easy, however if you have accounts that don’t support open banking it can be tricky, customer support seem to follow a script related to this which would be better if edited to provide more information. It’s a shame that I can’t access my loan details via open banking despite abound using open banking for applications, and I’d encourage this as an important feature to add. The dashboard is great and easy to use. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026
