Best offer by a distance made it easy to choose

I went with Abound because they provided the best quote at the time, by some distance, making my decision easy. The only reason why I put 'Good' for customer service is when I did have an issue, which I needed support with I contacted via two means but the system failed to recognise that and I had to speak to two staff about the same issue. Simple process and supportive when needed

I had a really positive experience using Abound for a personal loan. The application process was quick and straightforward, and everything was clearly explained from the outset with no surprises. What stood out most was how supportive they were when my circumstances changed. I needed to look at pausing payments and adjusting my payment date due to a change in job, and the team were really understanding and helpful throughout.
