Overall great team and very informative

When I first got my loan, I realised some details were out of date and the team at Abound were extremely helpful and efficient at getting this fixed for me. I use the online portal to keep track of my payments and outstanding debt and find it very helpful to have everything laid out for me. The interest rate I got was fantastic and has really given me hope that things will get better. So far, I have no negative feedback or any changes I would make. I also find it very helpful and reassuring to see clearly what will change if I were to get a top-up loan, and although it would make my interest rate increase, that rate is also much smaller than I've been offered with any companies before.
