I couldn’t recommend Karl and Poppy highly enough! From start to finish, they made the whole mortgage process feel straightforward and stress-free, which was especially important as a first-time buyer. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly, no matter how many questions I had. Their communication was excellent throughout – I always felt kept in the loop and reassured at every stage. Karl and Poppy went above and beyond to find the best deal for me and made what could have been a really overwhelming experience feel completely manageable. Their support, professionalism, and friendly approach made a huge difference. I’m so grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for mortgage advice.
