An ethical bank with great customer service

I switched my banking to Triodos in 2021 because I didn't want my money invested in oil companies anymore. To me it's worth paying a small monthly fee to know my money isn't contributing to the destruction of the environment. I like that Triodos is constantly innovating and improving their service. They've only gotten better since I started banking with them. Whenever I've contacted them, they're always friendly and address my issue quickly. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
