Ethical but also brilliant

Besides their ethical practices, which are super important to me, the stand out has been their customer service. When you call there is virtually no wait time, no being bounced between departments, no automated system, or call centre abroad. Just real, helpful human beings. You can also send secure messages the app - which is also really good as I never need to login on a computer. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
