Ethical, friendly, and responsive service.

The customer service is excellent - I moved from a more mainstream bank to Triodos in the last year because I was looking for a more ethical bank. In my previous bank, it was hard to access the customer service, but it’s much easier with Triodos (I can do it via the app and the team have always been very responsive). I love the transparency in the information about where they’re investing, which makes me feel more confident in my switch. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
