Easy, clear, helpful

I have been saving for my wedding with RCI Bank as their interest rates are competitive. I have always managed to log in successfully without needing the support of the contact centre staff. I did call to discuss my account and the staff member I spoke to was incredibly helpful. The account is very simple to use and I have had absolutely no issues with opening or managing this account online.
