Ups and downs but overall quite good

They invent new levels of loyalty as they go and they are not the cheapest any more, but they offer an incredible array of options like exchanges, stocks, crypto, travel, precious metals etc. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Lost the plot

Have a business account with them for years. I am now shopping for next company as they have absolutely lost the plot. Last week I lost access to my money because 'I hadn't completed a questionnaire they sent me' - which I never received or new anything about. The discussions have moved to the financial ombudsman. If you don't want the layers involved, don't get involved with their business banking. Reviewed on: 27th May 2019
