Excellent from start to finish!

I used Tembo’s mortgage service and had a really positive experience. I knew nothing about buying a home so was very nervous beforehand, but the support I received Rachel Woollard and Emma Furmston was excellent. Both were consistently approachable, good communicators, and easy to get hold of when we had questions. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they took the time to explain things clearly rather than rushing through details. It felt like a personal, tailored, and fast service.
