My circumstances weren’t straightforward (with overseas incomes, joint applicant based overseas and SPV structure), where most high street lenders were not able to consider, I had almost given up hope. However, the broker’s expertise changed the outcome. They carefully assessed my situation and identified options that I didn’t even know existed.
