I have had nothing but positive experiences

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Triodos. Their customer service and communications have always been amazing, especially in comparison to other banks I have used. There is always a lovely person at the other end of the phone if you need anything, and having such positive experiences makes banking much less stressful. I no longer dread having to call the bank! I also love knowing that my money is being looked after by a bank that aims to create positive change and not contribute to the climate crisis. I can't imagine banking anywhere else now!
