The Best Bank

I joined Monzo just because I needed a second bank account set up quickly and without hassle and a work colleague had mentioned using them. Several years later they are my main account and in addition I have a Flex account and personal loan with them. I rave about them to everyone and can't imagine using any other bank. Any issues I have had have been dealt with and although I wouldn't say it's always been seamless, I have never felt let down or disappointed by the handling of any issues raised (which have never been a Monzo caused issue btw).
