Understanding & empathetic

Since I took out my loan with the company I’ve had a few medical issues that resulted in changes to my pay. They were very understanding and empathic and allowed me payment holidays and also change the the relevant amount which really helped and put me at ease. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
