Great comprehensive bank

I opened Zopa for the 2% interest on the current account, which is already great, but it also comes with a nice little 7.1% 6-month saver and a handful of other benefits that's meant it's quickly become my main bank. Great experience overall

The customer service text system was slow to respond but was overall easy and resolved any and all issues I had. The app is well made, easy to understand, and signposts everything well. I particularly like the earnings graph and being able to check daily interest, which made saving feel good. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Good incentives and app.

I swapped using a switch incentive. The incentive was generous, and the accompanying saver access was good. The incentives to get me stay are better than previous banks I've been with, with a well designed app. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
