Excellent customer service. and human.

The staff ay Cynergy Bank are helpful and polite. I am an elderly person who knows very little about investments and savings. I know very little about the internet accounts. There is alway a very helpful person on the phone to guide me to the process to manage my accounts. I will recommend Cynergy Bank to all my friends. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
