Triodos for quality, equity and sustainability

I find Triodos to be far more equitable than other banks: it's CEO to median worker ratio is less than 5:1 rather than over 100:1 in other banks. I find Triodos to be far more sustainable than other banks: as shown by where it chooses to invest its assets. However I also find Triodos to be far more effecient and friendly: I wait less time to speak to a real person when I have an enquiry and the instances of there being a problem are much lower than with other previous banks.
