Absolute amateurs, go elsewhere

Absolute amateurs, I have had a stocks and shares ISA with them for years. I then opened a cash isa which didn’t do very well. When I tried to transfer it out it I was told I needed to change the name on my account to match my official id. It took 3 attempts to do this and even then they spelled my name incorrectly if you try to get support it’s really difficult. You never speak with the same person and no one takes any accountability. To cap it all of they have just messaged me to say they have frozen my Stocks and Shares ISA and have commenced selling off my stocks and shares ready to transfer it out. It’s my Cash ISA I am trying to transfer. As usual the email arrives at a minute past 5 when they all disappear. When I logged on earlier today they even had typos on the website when they said get your entires in now when they meant entries. These people are amateurs and I would give less than 1 star if I could. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
