Yonder is smooth, clear, and enjoyable

Yonder is a very smooth experience for a user - easy to see payments, clear rules on charges and how to avoid them (including the helpful weekly payment option to keep overall credit utilisation down). Customer service is always fast and easy when I've needed it, which hasn't been often. The ways to spend points are genuinely enjoyable and often it's possible to spend them on something I already wanted to do. The only thing I'd say could be improved is more transparency around the value of points - on some experiences your points are worth more than others, but you have to do the maths yourself to work out the most economical experiences to spend your points on.
