I cannot praise Monzo enough.

I cannot praise Monzo enough. I have been banking with them for a long time now 5+ years and I have had only positive experiences. From making the banking and their app extremely user friendly, through excellent customer service, always replying promptly to enquiries, to always creating new ways to help their customers manage their money in a better way. They not only hold my money, but they also educate me on how to better manage it. One of the best services I've had from any company, not just a bank! Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
