Excellent excellent excellent

When I first opened my Instant Savings Account the staff did all they could to help me. The Maidstone branch are absolutely fantastic and I love going in to the branch. They open the door for me, address me by my first name and make me feel really welcome and not just a customer. I have recommended them to a friend and she has opened an account there and closed the other bank accounts. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017
