I’ve been using Mettle for my business banking, and honestly, it’s been exactly what I need — simple, reliable, and built for small business owners who don’t have time for faff. The setup was quick and painless, and everything is handled through the app, which is clean and easy to use. Day-to-day banking is straightforward, whether it’s sending payments, tracking income, or keeping an eye on cash flow. The real standout for me is how well it integrates with accounting tools — it takes a lot of the headache out of staying organised. I also like the Pots feature for setting aside tax and expenses — it’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference when you’re managing money on the go. Notifications are instant, and I always know where the business stands financially. For a sole trader or small operation, it ticks all the boxes. No unnecessary complications, no hidden surprises — just a solid, modern business account that does exactly what it says on the tin.
