Kim made the process very simple. Provided good options and worked with my needs/any requests. Worked through the different rate/year/repayment options clearly. Simplified the process and found us a good rate. Sian has been responsive since picking up our case from Kim. Questions are responded to promprtly regardless of the day. Reviewed on: 26th March 2026
