Did exactly what they said they would!!

Balance transfer notification by post and email, offering simple 0% balance transfer. Clear, concise offer, made in plain easy to understand English. I made one phone call, was not made to wait or put on hold, and was spoken to politely and respectfully. Operative was knowledgeable and able to complete my request within 2 minutes. I received written confirmation within 48 hours. In times of 'your call is important to us' and then we are put on hold for an age, only to be eventually answered by an operative who has neither the skills or knowledge to help, Barclaycard bowled me over with their honest, helpful process.
