So friendly and helpful

Before getting married, I had a Mini Cooper, which was not the cheapest thing to insure. I came across Diamond after seeing their TV advert, and while they weren't the cheapest insurer, when I spoke to their Cardiff based staff, they could answer all my questions, and we even managed a bit of a haggle on the quoted price every renewal. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and could handle whatever enquiry I threw at them. Excellent customer service is what kept me coming back. Reviewed on: 26th August 2015

Much cheaper than you'd expect

I needed multi car insurance for my Polo and my husband's Golf. We'd previously been with Admiral, but the renewal price was silly, so I used every comparison site going. No outstanding deals, so I decided to try going direct to people like Direct Line who don't use the comparison sites. Eventually wound up with Aviva, who were considerably cheaper than everyone else. I got cashback through Quidco, which made the deal even better. We've had no problems with them at all, and all our documents were available online from the minute we paid for the policy, which has been a great time saver.
