Good value but ruined by bots

Good value product on the metal plan, such as subscriptions like uber one and nord vpn, for a reasonable monthly price. I also like the insurance products they include. However, my only poor experience with revolut are the ai chat bots they use for customer service. In my experience they offer false help and suggestions that make no sense or have been “hallucinated” and a reluctance by the ai bot to transfer me to a human representative.
