The online service is disgracefully bad.

The online service is disgracefully bad. I had to change my login details on 22 April 2022 - failed logins, numerous phone calls - in the end they admitted it was an error at their end. Failed again on 20/06/2025, 08/12/2025 and again today 28/03/2026. Reviewed on: 28th March 2026
