Review of the Mr Lender, Short-term loan:

No compassion

The customer service assistant who processed by loan was like a robot. I was interrogated as to why I needed a loan. I tried to give a general reason but was probed for the details until I was forced into describing the extremely personal and distressing reason for needing a loan. The whole process was extremely unnecessary and distressing! Reviewed on: 3rd June 2019
